4. Draft MOA & AOA

5. File SPICe+ Form Online

This integrated form covers name approval, DIN allotment, PAN, TAN, GST, EPFO, and ESIC registration. Submit it through the MCA portal.

6. Pay Govt. Fees & Stamp Duty

7. Receive Certificate of Incorporation

After verification, the Registrar of Companies (ROC) will issue the Certificate of Incorporation (COI) along with a CIN number.

8. Apply for PAN, TAN & Bank Account
