1. Apply for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

2. Obtain Director Identification Number (DIN)
DIN is mandatory for all directors. You can apply for it along with the SPICe+ form on the MCA portal.
3. Choose a Unique Company Name
Use the RUN (Reserve Unique Name) service or the SPICe+ Part A form to check and reserve your desired business name.
4. Draft MOA & AOA
Prepare the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) that define the companyโs scope and internal rules.
5. File SPICe+ Form Online
This integrated form covers name approval, DIN allotment, PAN, TAN, GST, EPFO, and ESIC registration. Submit it through the MCA portal.
6. Pay Govt. Fees & Stamp Duty
Fees vary depending on the state and company capital. Payment is made online via MCA.
7. Receive Certificate of Incorporation
After verification, the Registrar of Companies (ROC) will issue the Certificate of Incorporation (COI) along with a CIN number.
8. Apply for PAN, TAN & Bank Account
After incorporation, youโll receive PAN and TAN automatically. Use them to open a current account in your companyโs name.
